• House (up tp 2500 sqft): $100.
• Town House/ Condo: $80.
• Night Exterior Photo: $80.
• *Tolls and Parking: at cost.
• *Price is for most part of GTA only. Additional travel fee may apply in some area. 
• *It is expected that property to be imaged is ready and/or staged. Minimum fee of $80 will be charged if property is deemed unfit to be imaged during a scheduled appointment.

Optional Add On Services (addition with purchase of Real Estate Photography)

• 360 VR Panoramic Tour: $80.
• Video: $60.
• Photo Slideshow: $25.
• Drone Photography: $30.
• Drone Videography: $50.
• *There would be $80 fee on top if these are not purchase with Real Estate Photography package. Additional travel fee may apply.

Matterport Platform 3D Virtual Tour

• Up to 1500 sqft: $135.
• 1500-2500 sqft: $175.
• 2500-3500 sqft: $225.
• 3500-5000 sqft: $285.
• Over 5000 sqft, every 1000 sqft: $50.
• *360 panoramic images of 1x front and 1x back of the house included.
• *6x Mattertag insertion (for appliance, fixture or ceiling hight...etc.) included. $20 per extra Mattertag.
• *Up to 6 months hosting included. Additional hosting services can be purchased for $50/6 months.
